Average Las Olas safaris sell out 60-120 days
in advance, so it is advisable to make your reservations
as early as possible. Please confirm availability before
purchasing your flight. Prices do not include airfare.
MasterCard, Visa, checks, and money orders are accepted.
Full payment is required to hold your reservation. No
deposits are accepted. Shared and private rooms are
available on a first come, first served basis, therefore
earlier bookings offer a better choice of rooms. Of
course, stowaway roommates are not permitted. After
payment is received, you will receive your Safari Confirmation
Packet with additional information needed for trip preparation
prior to your departure.
Please book your flights to arrive on the first
posted safari date and to depart on the last posted
safari date to and from Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. The
Las Olas shuttle is available between 12pm and 5pm on
these days only. If you miss your shuttle, ground transportation
via bus or taxi will be at your own expense. Be sure
to fill out your flight information above to help us
schedule your airport pickup time. Final booking of
your flight is not necessary before safari registration.
You must bring your valid passport or a notarized copy
of your birth certificate and a government picture ID
to enter Mexico and return. All guests are responsible
for proof of citizenship documents. Note: Your ID must
have at least six months remaining before expiration
to be valid. Minors require special written documentation
to leave the country. Detailed information will be provided
in your Safari Confirmation Packet. Las Olas provides
excellent surfboards, but if you bring your own, contact
your airline first to confirm additional baggage charges.
Most villas have two bedrooms, kitchenette,
a bathroom & plenty of pavilion style living space.
Each private bedroom has one double bed. Each shared
bedroom has two twin beds. A limited number of Premium
Villas are available on a first come first served basis.
You may choose the Dawn Patrol discount if payment is
made in full at least 90 days prior to your arrival
date. Please, no exceptions for extending Dawn Patrol
discount deadlines.
At Las Olas, we are so committed to providing
you with an extraordinary experience that we guarantee
the quality of our service. We value the relationship
we have with each guest and want it to be mutually rewarding
and last a lifetime.
We do not offer cash or credit card refunds.
There is no refund for arriving late or leaving a safari
early. If you must cancel your reservation, your cancellation
fee will be determined according to the following formula:
If you cancel your reservation more than 30 days prior
to the safari's start date, you will be charged a cancellation
fee of 25% of your payment. If you cancel your reservation
15-29 days prior to the safari's start date, you will
be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of your payment.
If you cancel your reservation within 14 days of the
safari's start date, you will forfeit 85% of your payment.
Your balance will be applied to another safari within
one year of the start of your cancellation.
Exceptions to our policy cannot be made for any reason,
including weather or personal emergencies. Las Olas
strongly recommends purchasing Travel Protection Insurance
through your travel agent. If Las Olas must cancel a
safari, all payments received to date will be refunded,
which constitutes full settlement. You may reschedule,
with no penalty, to go on another Las Olas safari within
one calendar year. Las Olas is not responsible for expenses
incurred in preparation for any canceled trips, such
as airline tickets, or for costs incurred due to travel
delays, flight cancellation or illness.
Guests who fail to provide personal information and
signed "Release of Liability and Assumption of
All Risks" forms prior to their departure will
not be allowed to join the safari. Furthermore, the
above cancellation policy will apply.
